Customer success managers

Never open a customer call unprepared again.

Account management software.

Every account is a row: health, ARR, people, owner, last touch. Filter it, reassign an owner inside the row, and save the slice you built as a view you reopen tomorrow.

What GainTrace does

How does GainTrace run account management?

Work Every Account From One List

The companies list is every account you own, eleven resizable columns wide, with Health, ARR, People, CSM and Last updated as columns you sort and filter in place.

Everything on the Account, on One Page

ARR, MRR, Health, Renewal in days, People and Last active are pinned above the tab bar and stay put as you move, so switching tabs never moves the numbers you came for.

The Account Plan That Keeps Reporting Back

Every step in a plan carries a side, ours or theirs, and its own visibility: shared, name only or internal.

The job

How does GainTrace help a CSM run every account?

Work Every Account From One List

  • Eleven resizable columns: Company, Domain, Industry, Health, Activity, People, ARR, Products, CSM, Sources, Last updated
  • Reassign an owner in the row, or tick the header box and reassign all 20 at once
  • Health and My companies filter every account; and/or rule groups refine the page
  • Save the arrangement as a named view in your browser, so it is there tomorrow
  • Export the 10-column CSV of the rows on screen, so the sheet is an output, not the record

Reassign the owner inside the row

Example

Filter, sort, reassign and export without leaving the list

Everything on the Account, on One Page

  • Nine tabs on one route: Overview, Intelligence, Activity, Conversations, Issues, People, Plan, Revenue, Replays
  • The right rail holds Team, Record Details, every connected Source and open Signals
  • Tasks bucket into Overdue, Today, This Week and Upcoming, each row linked to its account
  • Watch a champion and their LinkedIn profile is re-checked every 7 days for a departure

Everything on the account, pinned above the tabs

Example

ARR, MRR, Health, Renewal and Last active pinned above the tabs

The Account Plan That Keeps Reporting Back

  • Every step carries a side, ours or theirs, and a visibility: shared, name only, internal
  • The customer link opens with no login and no seat, and can be locked with a passcode
  • Let the customer tick their own steps; ticks on your steps or internal steps are refused
  • The header reads "Customer opened it 3x this week", or "has not opened it yet"

Every open is written to the account and counts as activity

Common questions about account management

Ordered by how often it comes up.

Do we need a CS Ops admin or a consultant before anyone can see their accounts?

No. A connector is an OAuth click or an API key (Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, Close, Stripe, Paddle, Intercom, Zendesk, PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment), and the Salesforce connector describes your SObjects and their fields itself instead of waiting on a data model somebody has to build first.

How long before every account is actually in there and usable?

Rows land on the first connector sync rather than at the end of an implementation project, so day one is your accounts as a sortable, filterable list and your open work already bucketed Overdue, Today, This week and Upcoming.

Will we still end up exporting to a spreadsheet for the cross-account view?

No. The Companies list in GainTrace is built to be that cross-account view: eleven columns (Company, Domain, Industry, Health, Activity, People, ARR, Products, CSM, Sources, Last updated), sorting on name, health score, data completeness, source count and last updated.

Can sales, support and our execs see an account without us buying them seats?

Members and viewers are unlimited on every band and never billed, because the price moves on companies tracked: $99 a month for 100 companies, $999 for 2,500, and a permanent free tier at 25 with no card.

Is the success plan a real instrument, or a blank text box?

A GainTrace success plan is a structured instrument, not a text box. Every step carries a side, ours or theirs, and its own visibility of shared, name only or internal.

Does this just become another system to keep open next to the CRM?

GainTrace does not replace your CRM, and does not pretend to. Edits queue back to Salesforce, HubSpot or Close through the outbound sync queue with per-field conflict detection, retries and rate-limit handling, and write-back stays off until you enable it on that connection, so nothing leaves for your CRM without your say.

Will my CSMs actually use it, or will it read as data entry for management?

The daily surfaces have to save the CSM time before they report on anyone: tasks open already bucketed Overdue, Today, This week and Upcoming with the company on every row, j and k move, c completes, d dismisses, Enter opens the account, and snooze sits on the row menu.

Where does our customer data live, and are you SOC 2 certified?

GainTrace stores customer data in AWS eu-west-1, Ireland, by default on every plan including Free, and a DPA is signed at any tier.
