GainTrace Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains, in plain language, when you can get a refund for a GainTrace subscription. GainTrace is sold through Paddle, our merchant of record, and this policy follows Paddle's refund policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

The short version: if you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Refunds are handled by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. There is nothing to qualify for and you do not have to give us a reason. Just email [email protected] from your account email and tell us which subscription it is for, and we will take care of it.

This applies to your initial purchase and to each subscription renewal: you have 14 days from each payment to request a full refund of that payment.

How refunds are paid

approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle, usually within a few business days.

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on Paddle and your bank, but it is usually a few business days.

Your statutory rights

In short

if the law where you live gives you more, you keep those rights.

Nothing in this policy takes away any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live. Where local law gives you a longer or broader right than the 14 days above, that law applies. As with any payment, and in line with Paddle's policy, refunds are not available where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
