How do these comparisons work?

We parse scraped G2 review corpora by script (2,884 reviews: Gainsight 1,567, Planhat 796, Vitally 521), read public community threads, and quote verbatim with attribution. Competitor pricing is stated as dated reported ranges. GainTrace claims are verified against our own product code before publishing.

Which customer success platform publishes its pricing?

Of the eleven platforms compared here, GainTrace is the only one with a published price list as of August 2026: five bands from $99 to $999 a month by companies tracked, unlimited members and viewers, and a permanent free tier at 25 companies. The other ten quote through sales, or publish only an entry point.

Which platforms monitor champion job changes?

GainTrace ships LinkedIn job-change monitoring for tagged champions: checked every 7 days, departures double-confirmed over 48 hours, and a warm-intro signal when a departed champion resurfaces at another tracked account. None of the ten compared platforms document an equivalent monitored signal as of August 2026.

How often is this data updated?

Quarterly, and whenever a vendor tells us something is out of date. Every page carries an as-of date, and corrections are welcome.
