Never build a QBR deck by hand again.

QBR software.

Open the account and the review is already there: ARR, renewal date, health, the features in active use, every objective against its target. Every number was read, not typed.

What GainTrace does

How does GainTrace build a QBR?

Open The Account, The Review Is Assembled

Press Assemble the review and GainTrace builds the document in code from the plan and your connected data: ARR, renewal date, health, features in active use, every objective's baseline against its target, and every win logged since the last review was delivered.

The AI Cannot Invent The Numbers

Every figure is assembled in code first, and only then does the finished dossier go to the model, which may write into exactly two string slots: the opening line and the usage paragraph.

Your VP Reads It Without A Login

Share mints a token link that opens in any browser with no account and no seat, so the exec who was never going to log in reads the same document you presented, and Save as PDF prints it from that page.

The job

How does GainTrace help CSMs run quarterly business reviews?

Open The Account, The Review Is Assembled

  • Assemble the review reads ARR, renewal date, health and features in active use
  • Wins come from the plan ledger, up to 8, pinned first, since the last delivery
  • The period runs from your last delivered review to today, never a calendar quarter
  • An objective flips to At risk when it trails its date pace by 25 points

Since your last review, read not typed

Example

Every number on the page was read, not typed

The AI Cannot Invent The Numbers

  • The model writes two fields: the opening line and the usage paragraph
  • Every numeric section is read-only in the composer, so no figure drifts by hand
  • Refresh data rebuilds each number from live data and keeps your narrative intact
  • Rewrite with Trace AI redoes one section and leaves your other edits untouched

Trace AI writes the sentences, never a number

Example

Two fields the model may write. No others.

Your VP Reads It Without A Login

  • Share mints a link that opens with no account, and viewers are never billed
  • Health, churn and last activity are stripped from the shared payload
  • The composer shows Opened N times by the customer side
  • 60 quiet days plus 90 since the last review raises a save review on the plan

The review, opened by the VP without a login

No seat, no login, and every open is recorded

Common questions about QBRs

Ordered by how often it comes up.

Can the AI invent or change a number in the review?

No, and it is a structural boundary rather than a policy line. GainTrace assembles the whole review in code first, reading ARR, renewal date, health, features in active use.

How long until the first review assembles, and do we need an admin or a CS ops hire?

Connect a source, open the account and press Assemble the review. There is no report to model, no query to write and no dashboard to maintain before a review-ready view exists, which is why teams are live in days rather than after a configuration quarter, and no certified administrator sits in the path.

What does it cost, and is the review output a paid add-on or a higher tier?

One plan, priced only by companies tracked: free forever at 25 companies with no card, $99 a month at 100 companies, up to $999 at 2,500, and sales-led above that, so it prices the same way whether you carry 25 accounts or 2,500.

Do our execs and our customer need a seat or a login to open it?

No. Share mints a 32-character random link that opens the review in any browser with no account, no seat and no licence, and viewers are never billed, so nobody has to be sent a screenshot.

Can I still hand someone a deck or a PDF?

Yes to the PDF: the shared page carries a Save as PDF button that runs the browser's own print pipeline, and the page chrome removes itself from the printed copy.

Does this replace our BI tool, or the spreadsheet where we actually build the numbers?

No, and it should not try. A BI tool wins on arbitrary analysis, and a board request that blends four systems belongs there. What this removes is narrower and costs you more hours: the same five or six questions every business review asks, which should never route through an export at all.

Our CRM data is messy and the current month is always half loaded. What happens then?

The review carries the period it covers as an explicit date range, running from your last delivered review to today, so a part-finished month reads as the dates it actually spans instead of a number you explain away in the room.

Where does our data live, and are you SOC 2 certified?

Data is EU-resident by default in AWS eu-west-1, Ireland, on every plan including Free, a DPA is included on every plan, per-customer data isolation applies, and OAuth tokens for your connected sources are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM under a per-record random IV.

Never build a business review again.

Open the account and this quarter's review is already assembled from live data, so the only work left is your own words on top of it.
